AUDITION REQUIREMENTS

• One major scale and one minor scale of your choice: two or three octaves, quarter notes or eighth notes, metronome marking from 60 - 100.
• A solo of your choice
• The required orchestra excerpts for your instrument (In preparing the excerpts please follow all directions and markings on the page.)
• Excerpts are not required to audition for the Overture String Orchestra. Percussionists and harpist are not required to play a scale.
